Memberships and Payments
Memberships and fees are billed as described at the time of purchase. All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify pricing, billing methods, or membership structures at any time, with notice when reasonably possible.
Participation and Assumption of Risk
Judo and martial arts training involve inherent physical risks, including injury. By participating in any classes, events, or activities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. You affirm that you are physically able to participate or have consulted a medical professional.
Waivers and Liability
Participation requires completion of all required liability waivers. Air Capital Judo, its instructors, coaches, volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or losses that may occur during training, events, or while on the premises, except as required by law.
Minors
Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete all required agreements. Parents or guardians are responsible for the conduct and supervision of minors.
Code of Conduct
All members, students, parents, and visitors are expected to behave respectfully and safely. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access or membership for unsafe behavior, harassment, discrimination, or failure to follow dojo rules. No refunds will be issued for disciplinary actions.
Scheduling and Changes
Class schedules, instructors, and programming may change due to holidays, events, weather, or other circumstances. Such changes do not entitle participants to refunds.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and branding, is the property of Air Capital Judo unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
Third-Party Services
This website may link to third-party services such as payment processors or scheduling platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
